Acceptance of the Travel Terms & Conditions

Set forth below are the Terms and Conditions of Reservation issued by Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com and applies to every client, and their guests, as set forth by Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com. By completing any Reservation, You, the client, and your guests expressly agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms as stated below and as may be amended from time to time. Such modifications and amendments to have the same force and effect as those set forth below. Failure to accept The acceptance of the "Travel Terms & Conditions" in the time frame and manner determined by Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com to cancel Guest’s reservation without a refund.

Changes and Modifications to Travel Terms & Conditions:

The Travel Terms & Conditions of the Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com are subject to change at any time. Such modifications and changes shall have the full force and effect as a term and condition issued at the time of reservation or completion of registration as applicable.

Conflict Between the Travel Terms & Conditions and the policies of our vendors:

Please note that all payment dates, reservation policies, cancellation policies, and reservation changes, set forth in the Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com Travel Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase supersede those policies set forth in our vendors polices at our discretion and where allowed by local, state, or federal law.

Right to Modify or Cancel:

• Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com may modify itineraries and schedules, change onboard entertainers and schedules, modify amenities, limit access to onboard venues, deny boarding, and/or delay or change departures or arrivals without any further obligation to Guest and any such change or modification, and doing so shall not be considered a Refund Event.
• Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time at its sole discretion, and/or to deny or refuse service to any person, that does not adhere to safety, security, and appropriate guest conduct guidelines and doing so shall not be considered a Refund Event.
• Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation or event for any reason. Such cancellation shall be considered a Refund Event (see, Non-Refundable Payments – Refund Events).

Health Restrictions:

Guest agrees to comply with any and all health restrictions imposed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or any other governmental agency or body with jurisdiction of other countries. the Guest is responsible for providing any information requested by any vendor or governing authority and for clearing any pre-cruise health, safety or travel requirements or limitations, regardless of when issued or applied including, but not limited to, evidence of full vaccinations with a vaccine that is fully approved or authorized for emergency use by the Food and Drug Administration, destination countries, cruise lines or the World Health Organization, negative test results for COVID-19, or any other illness at any other time before, during or after travel.. Denial of travel due to failure to adhere to the above is not a Refund Event and guest agrees to not to hold Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com financially or civilly liable of any type of compensation resulting from the failure to adhere to this policy.

Passports and Visas::

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com does not provide or validate travel requirements for Non-US citizens. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

Travel Insurance::

Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com highly recommends Travel Insurance that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, and more. You the guest are responsible to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for any domestic and international tours..

Travel Documents:

Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email and/or mail 30 days or earlier before travel. CHILDREN: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for children on tours is 16. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children. Please note that many countries and cruise lines have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel, should be carried.

Photography and Video Policy:

Video or audio recording, filming, or photographs may occur during any tour and may be owned, licensed, assigned, or distributed nationwide and worldwide by Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com, their affiliates, and assignee's. By acknowledging the Terms and Conditions of Reservation of The Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com at the time of completing a Reservation, Guest allows, and expressly authorizes Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com, its affiliates, and assignee's the use of Guest’s likeness, and/or appearance and voice on any film or video format now known or hereinafter developed in any manner whatsoever. Guest will not receive any compensation for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com, their affiliates, and assignee's for such use

Travelers with Disabilities:

In order to fully enjoy your Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com tour, we recommend that you select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities and sight or hearing impairments, are required to notify Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com prior to reservation for review and our agreement. Additionally, the tour participant must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers, or other tour, hotel, and ship personnel are not responsible to provide such assistance where applicable. In order to participate in escorted tours, passengers must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Director or Group Leader at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour as well as for their personal safety.

Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a tour if notification was not provided and/or when, in our sole judgment, continued participation would significantly hinder the services to be provided to all guests. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the passenger's sole responsibility. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour. Clients with special needs may be better served independently. Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com can suggest touring options based on specific requirements.

Wheelchairs & Walkers: USA Tours: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA), Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com will endeavor to accommodate special access needs but does not guarantee that it will be able to do so in all cases.

International Tours: Hotels, sea, and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and, therefore, may not have ramps, wide entryways, or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

Service Animals: Service animals cannot be accommodated on international escorted tours. Passengers on the USA escorted tours who require a service dog because of a disability should check with Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com prior to booking a tour.

Notices and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringements:

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement under United States copyright law should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE. See Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

Limitation of Liability:

• Terms and Conditions of Reservation Subject to Change: The Travel Terms & Conditions of your reservation from the Sunergia Travel Group are subject to change at any time.
• Not Responsible for Acts of Third Parties: The Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) does not own the ship or properties or operate any entity that provides goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground operators, guides, sightseeing companies, entertainment, food or drink service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, Guest agrees Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity, nor is Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com is responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity it does not own or control, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control.
• Not Responsible for Guest Inability to Travel: Guest is responsible for arriving at the travel location in a timely basis and with all the documentation required for the reservation. the Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.comor its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) is not responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses that Guest may incur for Guest’s inability to complete their reservation as outlined herein.
• Force Majeure: Further, the Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) shall not be liable for, any loss or damage as a result of causes of any kind beyond the reasonable control of the Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) (a “Force Majeure Event”), such as, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, stoppages of work or other labor difficulties, insurrection, riots, war, changes in laws and regulations and other acts or demands of civil, political or military authorities, freight embargoes, shipping restrictions, air travel delays or cancellations, car or truck shortages, inclement weather, accidents, fire, explosion, flood or unavoidable casualties, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, etc.
• Limitation of Liability in the Event of a Refundable Cancellation: As stated above, you, the guest may elect to participate in the applicable Refund Program. Our obligation to the Guest is limited to the repayment of amounts heretofore paid for the reservation, Pass-Through Charges and any additional purchases made directly with the Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com. All administrative Fees are non-Refundable. All Guest shall be liable for, any losses or damages incurred by Guest to any vendor properties and/or cruise ships, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, including attorney fees, and not hold the Sunergia Travel Group d/b/a Marriage Minded Single Travelers aka mmstonline.com or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) responsible for their action while at properties and/or on a cruise ship.
